Felicia N. Miller is a Certified Commercial Practitioner (CCP) and Commercial Brokerage Consultant of the JM Team at MMG by eXp Realty. She has been a resident of Florida since 1989. She has over 20 years of Customer Service experience and 8 years of Property Management experience.


Felicia enhanced those customer service skills when she became a Property Manager at a HUD regulated Multi-Family Apartment Complex in Miami. Management saw Felicia’s ability to communicate with her tenants and her concern for providing them with safe, sanitary, and affordable living conditions, which led her to a promotion as the Area Executive of the Development Company. Felicia became the President of the Advisory Board for the Multi-Family Complex and liaison on behalf of the tenants and management company. Felicia’s love for the industry and people catapulted her to pursue a career as a Realtor.

Felicia has built her career on having a referral-based business which has grown exponentially and successfully through many business transactions. Motivated by her constant interaction with individuals representing a wide range of diversity and culture, she has developed profound negotiating skills.


Felicia prides herself on providing superior customer service for all interested parties. Her objectives are to listen to and understand the customers' needs, educate them on the process and empower them to make the best decisions for all their Real Estate endeavors. Recently, she has been exclusively responsible for the sale of several commercial lots and properties throughout the Ohio and West Florida Areas. She specializes in Investment Portfolios, Office and Medical Space, Multifamily Complexes, Land and Business Opportunities.

Felicia received a full scholarship to pursue her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which denotes she will complete advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
